If soccer in.. anywhere but the U.S is called football, is football called soccer in.. anywhere but the U.S.?
Anyway, just so you know me a little better (wait, is this such a good idea?) I'm gonna post bout the most amazing football team eva- the Colts!
They are quite spectacular, you know. (Well, if you didn't, you do now!) They've got some record that is good and some coach that is obviously doin something right with the team.
My favorite player is Peyton Manning cuz he's freaken awesome! Did you know he's got a brother or relative of some sort who plays football? Cuz I didn't til around the Super Bowl time. (WHICH THEY WON!!!!!!) His brother's name's Eli, who plays for the NY Giants. (I got that from Papa- I didn't even know there was a NY Giants!)
I don't play and I don't usually watch football, but when I do (watch the sport, not play it!) it's fun.. espesilly when S****'s bouncing off the walls! (she can really get into some of the games.)
Don't you just love my knowledge of all things baske.. I mean, football? :)

She isn't kidding about S**** bouncing off the walls. That girl turns into a true fanatic whenever she is watching the Colts. It's quite funny, actually.
Well, I can tell you in my experience outside of the US what you call football is referred to as American football...but usually only by Americans because most of the rest of the world doesn't really pay much attention to American football at all, and therefore don't call it anything.
Just in case you really wanted to know.
